We'll buy any car
Other dealers and online estimators, like Canadian Black Book , can supply you with used car values, but our specially trained appraisers take into consideration your car's specific condition. And while online estimates may only provide you with a ballpark figure from market data, we'll actually buy your car after it's appraised.
How we determine your offer
To get an offer on your car, simply bring it to Condie Automotive, no appointment necessary. Your car will be examined inside and out, and we'll give you an offer that day. This process will take minimum 30 minutes depending on how busy we are.
Our car appraisers put your car through a detailed process, ensuring you get a fair and honest offer. The process in determining your offer includes a physical inspection of your car. Since every car is different, our appraisers focus on:
· The year, km's, make, and model of your car
· Interior/Exterior conditions
· Aftermarket modifications
· Structural damage
· A test drive for mechanical issues
· Your car's history report for possible flood or frame damage and any accidents
Using multiple sources of data, appraisers also check general factors that affect any car of similar make and model. Your car is compared against current and accurate market conditions, such as national sales trends and auction data.
Once our appraisers analyze the information, we'll give you a free written offer good for seven days. Our FAQ section can help answer any questions you have before your visit.

Selling your car to Condie Automotive vs. Selling your car elsewhere
· Condie Automotive backs every appraisal with an offer the same day it's appraised
Online estimators only provide used car values with no offer, and many dealers will buy only certain cars
· Condie Automotive's specially trained car appraisers physically examine each unique car to make a written offer
Many online estimators use market data to provide an estimate without making you an offer for your car
· Condie Automotive appraisals are free
Selling your car yourself may have extra costs associated, like cost of ownership, insurance, and advertising
· Condie Automotive will buy your car the same day it's appraised
Selling to a private party can take weeks, and you could be dealing with untrustworthy people
· With Condie Automotive, you don't have to worry about any hassles, ownership issues, or about a buyer obtaining a loan
Selling to a private party increases the risk of being hassled after the transaction
· Condie Automotive will buy your car, even if you don't buy one of ours
Dealers may use your car as a trade-in and require you to purchase one of their own
· Condie Automotive believes in transparency of our process, allowing you to walk and speak with your appraiser while your car is being inspected
Dealers may play games and not tell you how they create their offer
Sell your current car and buy a new one at the same place! You can even apply your written offer towards the purchase of a new car.

Our appraisal offers vary from retail prices for several reasons. Due to the costs associated with reconditioning and applying guarantees and warranties on the cars we purchase for retail sale, we must purchase a car at a lesser amount than what we will sell it for. All cars that we purchase for retail sale, regardless of the condition, must undergo a thorough 100-point inspection and be reconditioned to meet our high-quality standards.

Supply and demand ultimately determines the desirability of any car or feature in the marketplace. A feature sometimes could improve the offer, and other times it could have a negative impact depending on the feature/modification. Sometimes, an aftermarket modification may void the factory warranty, thus reducing the offer. For more information, visit the Determining Your Offer section.
Your car's overall physical and mechanical condition will have an impact on your appraisal offer. For more information about how we determine our offer, visit the Determining Your Offer section.

In most cases, you can sell your leased car in almost the same way as any other financed car. Please note that some leasing companies will not allow you to sell the car prior to the expiration of the lease. Also, be aware that your leased car might not be eligible for the trade-in tax savings described above. Check with your leasing company for complete details.
